The check in process is designed to be easy for our guests. On the day of check in the principal guest will receive a same day code to enter the property. 

Each bedroom has One queen-size bed for 2 people. There is one additional single bed in one of the lower-level bedroom. All rooms have smart TVs ranging from 40 inch to 55 inches. On top floor there is a TV lounge space & adjoining meditation space. There are 2 “master baths” (2nd floor and in the lower level). There is a bathroom directly outside 2 additional bedrooms door

Check-out is at 11:00 am. Guests ask to turn off all major lights and lock the doors (front and back). 

Scranton trash rules: 
Recycle (plastic, metal and glass goes into blue bins only)

Regular trash and food containers go into black bins only. 

Overflow trash goes outside in respectables containers. 

We appreciate not moving the furniture around without returning it to its original location. 

If you decide to leave food or beverage, it will be donated to a food pantry if it’s not opened. 

There is no private parking. The Guest House is located close to downtown and in the heart of the University of Scranton. When school is in session do not park n areas marked Resident Only as this could lead to a parking ticket. 

You do not need to bring linen, towel, soap, utensils, dishes, paper towel. cleaning supplies, trash bags, oil, sugar, coffee, tea, aluminum foil, plastic wrap, paper plates and plastic utensil. stemware, napkins & lots of measuring stuff. 

We have had events where people did not spend the night over but wanted to host a function including but not limited to:

Engagement party · Retreats Cooking event · Garden Party · Holiday Party · Halloween Party · Afternoon Tea

The hourly rate for the event is $110.00 with a 4-hour minimum and can be scheduled with the event planner. Subject to space availability. Deposit is required. 

Our Guest House is not considered wheelchair accessible. There are no bedrooms or full baths on the first floor.
